健康新闻: 手机致癌实锤？这国6次裁决手机致癌

FDA在报告中表明，即便在手机目前的极限暴露量下，RFR也不会对人体健康造成可以量化的不利影响。在美国，目前手机的射频辐射限值为每公斤1.6瓦。根据苹果的官方数据，iPhone 7在5毫米处的辐射为每公斤1.19瓦，而iPhone 11 Pro则为每公斤1.16瓦。但是，有人曾经对苹果手机进行过测试，认为iPhone能产生的辐射为每公斤3.8瓦，是法定限值的两倍。

很显然这与苹果官方的数据有矛盾，但是却是可以解释的：因为辐射的能量跟距离有关，距离越近，辐射越强。在一些第三方的测试中，距离仅为2毫米，所以辐射值会超标。

也有人认为，如今的辐射值标准制定于20年前，但是现在手机的技术都已经更新若干代了，也许当年的辐射标准已经过时了。

总之，手机虽然有辐射，但是是射频辐射，所产生的能量比较小，不同于会致癌的电离辐射。虽然有研究表明，手机会导致精子质量下降，以及影响发育，但致癌研究仍然需要更多坚定的证据。

至于如何减少对手机健康风险的担心？请牢记如下几个要点：

· 电离辐射会致癌，但是手机的辐射属于射频辐射，目前的致癌证据仍然不太充足；

· 正规手机产品的辐射安全性原则上没有问题，可以放心使用；

· 如果特别担心辐射，尤其如果是长时间使用手机通话，可以使用免提或有线耳机。手机离人体越远，人体所暴露的辐射量就越小；

· 走路的时候，尽量不要看手机，以免掉到坑里。

· 如果担心手机影响精子或者发育，如果可能，请不要把手机放到裤兜里，也不要放到胸口。
