改写历史意大利挖出2300年前青铜

24 statues have been found in San Casciano dei Bagni together with coins, ex voto and Latin and Etruscan inscriptions, in the sacred basins of the votive sanctuary: they date back to a period between the 2nd c. BCE and the 1st CE.

意大利考古学家当地时间11月8日宣布，在托斯卡纳的温泉泥浆中发现了20多尊保存完好的2000多年前的青铜雕像，将“改写历史”。

据法新社报道，意大利文化部称，这些雕像描绘的是圣卡西亚诺·德巴格尼(San Casciano dei Bagni)一处圣地中供奉的神灵，该圣地最初由伊特鲁里亚人建立，后来在罗马人统治下扩张。

塔波利说:“托斯卡纳遗址是迄今为止在古意大利发现的最大的伊特鲁里亚人和罗马时代铜像遗址，也是整个地中海地区最重要的遗址之一。这是无与伦比的，尤其是因为直到现在，那个时期的雕像主要是陶俑。”

温泉水将这些文物很好地保存了下来，伊特鲁里亚语和拉丁文的铭文仍然可见，包括当时一些强大的伊特鲁里亚家族的名字。

托斯卡纳挖掘现场

1972年，两尊可追溯到公元前5世纪的古希腊武士青铜雕像在意大利南部的里埃斯附近被发现，当时它们处于近乎完美的保存状态。

在托斯卡纳温泉中发现的青铜器已被带到附近格罗塞托的修复实验室，但最终将成为一个新博物馆的核心展品，并在这座博物馆中增加一座考古公园。
