春天易晒伤?这四事没做好防晒白做

　　健康饮食是好皮肤的根基，但并不能做到立竿见影，尤其是防晒。

　　吃下去的抗氧化食物，需要经历漫长的消化吸收过程，真要到达皮肤「道阻且长」；而且效果因人而异。

　　而防晒需要的是「争分夺秒，用量充足」，所以单靠吃，很难做到。

　　

　　那上面岂不是白说了？

　　当然不是！

　　紫外线损伤皮肤的原理和氧化息息相关，紫外线中的UVA(长波、晒黑)、UVB(短波、晒伤)会增加皮肤中的自由基数量，从而损伤皮肤细胞。

　　所以，从内抵抗光老化，关键还是抗氧化。吃吃喝喝并不是全无效果，只是需要长期积累。

　　功夫在平时，日常饮食均衡，瓜果蔬菜、健康油脂吃得足，皮肤抗氧化、抵御紫外线能力自然更强，也就更耐晒啦！

　　防晒需要全方位的保护，饮食并不能替代其他防晒措施，反过来也一样。
