拉普拉普日慘案: 最新:溫哥華致命撞擊死亡升至11人

溫哥華警方昨天午夜證實，至少有9人死亡，其中包括一名兒童，另有至少6人受傷。

警方表示，他們 “確信這起事件不是恐怖主義行為”。

一名嫌疑人在被警方拘留之前立即被公眾扣留。警方稱，這名 30 歲的男子 “在某些情況下 ”為警方所知。

當局尚未確認確切的受傷人數，並在午夜新聞發布會上表示，由於受害者已被送往該地區多家醫院，數據仍在統計中。

一位目擊者告訴CTV新聞，在人群被撞前不久，他和一位朋友在節日附近步行回家時，看到一輛黑色汽車“行駛不穩”。

“那輛車加速很快，”科爾頓·利利科說。當時他們認為這輛車非常奇怪，而且很魯莽。

科爾頓·利利科說，司機在聖喬治街和第43大道附近掉頭後，他們從車輛旁走過。

從事故發生後的視頻中可以看到，一輛引擎蓋受損的黑色汽車停在音樂節現場，停在兩旁停滿了食品卡車和緊急救援車輛的道路中間。

2023年4月27日，BC省正式宣布將設立拉普拉普日（Lapu Lapu Day）。

該節日旨在慶祝菲律賓價值觀，尤其是“Bayanihan”精神——社區集體努力——對溫哥華社區的持久影響。

The killer driver in China has been executed in a month after he was sentenced a death penalty. Personally, I support death penalty in Canada for those criminals who killed multiple victims. No-death penalty Western criminal laws are a total failure which try to keep killers by spending whole lots of $$ for the detention centers. Those killers will never be accepted by our societies after released from jails after 25 years. That is the mistake for human right protection when human rights of innocent victims are taken away by those killers.

Canada is not a normal country, it is very unnormal and very unfair, no justice at all. Canada\'s laws always promote killings, saving killers\' lives, and treated the victims as nothing.
