看你的凍庫制冷能力而定. 如果可以達到-20°C就可以, 一般新一點的冰箱最裡最底層是有能力達到的. 另外, 魚要保證來源, 新鮮, 先處理乾淨, 並片成fillet. -20°C下凍7天以上可以殺死寄生蟲. 摘錄FDA的官方說明如下,

Freezing and storing at an ambient temperature
of -4°F (-20°C) or below for 7 days (total time),
or freezing at an ambient temperature of -31°F
(-35°C) or below until solid and storing at an
ambient temperature of -31°F (-35°C) or below for

一般所謂的凍櫃,就是那種專門冷凍的可以達到這個溫度。

但實際上俺家就將生魚放冰凍室3天以上,這樣溫度可能不夠,以延長時間來替代。

謝謝你的專業知識。因為不了解,我經常生吃沒有按以上要求處理好的三文魚,常常放在冰箱上面只有24小時(一個Safeway工作人員這樣和我說過)。您說的是什麼樣的寄生蟲?聽你怎麼一說,現在肚子好像就已經覺得不舒服了,嘿嘿。

Superstore的水產員工也這麼教導俺的。

今天俺正好在漁人碼頭買了條新鮮吞拿魚,全部分解後放入了冷凍室。這麼看,就放5天吧。

看這裡, 基本上野生的會比養殖的好些. 如果正確處理過問題應該不大.

謝謝上面兩位,不過如果沒法按照正確方法處理,以後會還是少吃為妙。常在河邊走,哪能不濕鞋嘛,如果不得病已經算運氣了,人也不會老是運氣啊?

在壽司館all you can eat有時候三文魚sashimi會帶點血絲,我看得到就扔掉,看不到就吃進去了,寄生蟲會血液循環上腦的,有個病人大腦要開刀,牛逼啊吃這麼多刺身
