Hi, guys. I’m 34 years old, and after tearing my knee ligaments, I haven’t worked out for 8 months. My weight dropped from 98 to 79 kg, and my strength is at rock bottom. I want to ease back into the gym, build quality muscle without significant water retention and without putting too much strain on my joints.
