由於大型車輛堵住物流中心，因此荷蘭好幾個超市出現斷貨的情形，商家呼吁警方采取行動，否則必然傷害了荷蘭公民的購物權益。

農場的肥料與牲畜的排遺、排氣，都會產生大量的氮氧化物、氨氣、甲烷，如果要縮減排放，那勢必只能縮減農場規模。

農民代表稱這是不公平的。

荷蘭是農牧業大國，根據農業游說團體 LTO的資料，荷蘭有近54,000家農業企業，2019 年出口總額達945億歐元。
