In this case, I agreed with the judge to acquit the driver in this accident. Running red light of course was not right. But it was not a criminal act even though it killed a lovely little girl. It was unfortunate but it was not an intentional killing just like an accident killed another driver and passengers in the vehicle. It was a traffic accident, not a murder or man slaughter case. Anyway, it may cause criminal charge if there was something else in this case.

無意就可以闖紅燈？？？？？？？？無意違反交規無意違法就可以免罪？？？？這是什麼操蛋邏輯？？？？沒超速就可以闖紅燈，這明明是分心駕駛，還害死別人一家，不用負責？？？問候法官全家
