Now we know that only handwritten cardboard signs which were totally made by our own existing materials could be posted without being regulated. Otherwise, there will be lots of reasons to be fined. This is our democratic system with lots of fine prints which could be played by your opponents. But anyway, we could still post our messages with small fines if we are prepared.
