“滿嘴跑火車”。用“a very small amount of free tuition students”去對標題的“大手筆”。到底誰在“misleading”？學校是“傳道授業解惑”的所在。區區“窮學生”就能改變“the culture of the university”？你肯定沒上過學！倒是那1%靠家庭贊助得以入學和畢業的“八旗子弟”，進入社會之後，才是對國家和社會，最大的危害，比如Trudeau。

This can be misleading by using a very small amount of free tuition students to paint themselves as all free educations. If most of students enjoy free tuition, students from low-income families will change the culture of the university. That will make the university no longer attractive from top 1% families which enjoy the admissions as privileges of wealthy people for networking and educations.
