Do not forget that lots senior people are trying to make themselves to be qualified to get into government sponsored retirement facilities by giving all their assets to their kids and make themselves homeless. Those people add another layer of pressure on government budget for senior care facilities. The government must fix the laws to close those loopholes and leave the money for those who are really in the crises.
