If someone still believe that democracy can eliminated corruption, he is either an idiot or a part of corruption. Just like someone said above that those corruptions are protected by the Constitution. They are legal robbery and cheaters. They have no transparency and accountability for raising they salaries and benefits. They are not liable for any mistakes and overspending taxpayers dollars. Our dollars! Our hard-earned dollars!
