Sorry for my wrong comments which may mislead you, RRU is not a "YEJI" university for sure. It's public.
It may be not as good as those famous names. Because it's public(funded by Province government), the quality is guaranteed. At least it must follow the basic standards.
Post-secondary education system in Canada is totally different from USA. In Canada, all "good" universities are public, most private "universities" are garbages.

两个网站自己去看， 别一天满嘴乱喷，学些东西在出来。
RRU是政府公立大学， 原来是军事学院。本科没有1，2年，他们将大学的3，4年和为一起。变成一年的密集教学，无假期。 适合哪些想早日完成学位的学生，所以他们的学生来自全国各公立大学及学院完成完大学前2年课程的学生。一年毕业后，授予RRU学士学位。
学校同时提供研究生学位， 有在校研究生和网上教学之分。 RRU的网上MBA课程在加拿大是很有名的。大都为各个公司的高级管理人员做培训。由于RRU坐落在维多利亚市，而且所作的教学路线不同（实用路线，并不参与大学排名) 所以他们经常和该市的另一个唯一的公立大学University of Victoria资源共享。 很多教授都是在这两个大学中同时任教。
具体的专业，我就不一一列出，朋友们可以在他们的官方网站上看到，商课和管理学都是他们的强项。 -

到底你懂多少呢， 你去问问RRU的毕业生，那一年的密集课程是怎么念的，3，4所有课程在一年完成，每个人是不是累得脱了相才出来。
我只想跟那些留学生说，如果你是想混的，就别想这个大学了。
懒得用英文回， 因为你如果在一个中文论坛上用英文回贴，只有两种情况，一，你的电脑没装中文 （在单位--可以理解，在家--你太笨了）。二，你太装B. -
