反正,在他們眼裡,工薪族只配買一套,想買第二套,你手裡的錢,必定是齷齪的
人家一個人買了三套房,他就是剛需,自住
其他人要想買第二套,那就炒房,就是錢來路不正,就是錢是齷齪的,分分鍾要被罵死的

1) If you like to keep the condo for rent (as mortgage helper with 350k mortgage left). You use 200k cash as down payment, you can only get around 500-550k mortgage, from 5 major banks, if you choose fixed rate it might be a bit higher) for your new house. That means you can only afford 700-750k home.
So if you like a one million house, you have to either:
a) Sell the condo OR
b) -- keep the condo AND
i) got another 250k cash OR
ii) increase your family income to 200k/yr range

發現銀行對在本地賺錢的人貸款條件過於苛刻。對新移民或訪客買房隨便貸多少都行,只要首付35%。這也是溫哥華房價上漲的一個因素。
