Not a recent experience as you wrote to me. I saw dirty cups there since 2015, thought that might be a temporary phenomenon. But the phenomenon is becoming more and more serious. In the last year there might be 2 or 3 dirty cups amoung 10 cups, but last week I checked over 5 amoung 10. I wonder that a disgusted job your staff are doing.
By the same image, I may doubt and imagine more than 50% dishes are also with different kinds of stains and scraps too. Because either dishes or cups are being washed in same way.
In your reply you wrote my "feedback will be shared with the appropriate department for consideration".
This seems a typical bureaucracy words, low efficiency. Why can not you immediately just give an urgent phone call to the managers of the food court by telling them that MOST OF THE CUPS/DISHES PREPARED FOR CUSTOMERS ARE FULL OF FOODS SCRAPS AND DRINK STAINS ?
I dare not go there to drink/eat anymore. I think I have to post on websites to tell people this fact.
