但下offer的时候知道这个房子其实赢面很小。很简单，我朋友是带了买房经纪的，竞争对手是直接找的卖方经纪。所以楼上有人说的对，这个价钱成交就是卖方经纪通风报信。（一共只有俩人竞争offer）
