这就是美国车及欧洲车与日本车的区别了。我的CAMRY去TOYOTA 那换机油，加11项检测，原装油和FILTER，买单37元。但我的BETTLE 去VW那换油，买单72元。看起来还是日本车使用成本低。但怎么都贵不过中国，我中国的PASSAT去一次4S起码放下500RMB

Too bad it didn't say what is the capacity for each lubricant. Normally, it comes with 1L bottle, or 4L bottle. $35.91 for 1L bottle is too expensive, but for 4L is a little too cheap for dealers...
If it is only the 1L bottle, and they used 4 bottles, then it is not a flush. It is just a drain-and-refill. $128.7 for a drain-and-refill is WAY overprice. Drain-and-refill is as easy as oil change.
Other topics:
Like Carboy said, for parts like brakes, I will rather have someone else with more skills to do it. It is a matter of my life for proper stopping power.
As for oil change, DIY is pretty easy for most cars, even better if you have a SUV. -

I normally put the old oil in an empty 4L (milk/soy milk) jar and leave it by the bay door of CT, or some shop. Actually, there is a list of authorize recycle oil shops. Last time I got a list from a gas station.
As of lift, you don't really need one, unless your car is lower. Some cars are "high" enough to crawl underneath. If it is still low, I will recommend you to get a hydraulic lift and a pair of stand.
1. Park the car, make sure the emergency brake is on
2. Jack the car up with the hydraulic lift (or if you prefer more exercise, use the jack in the trunk).
3. Put the stands under the car. Read the onwer manual for the support points. Normally they are under the door, close to the wheel wells.
One advantage about DIY oil chang is you can let the old oil drain as long as you like. If you go to a shop, they will will just drain most of it as they won't let it drain for >30 minutes... -
