你房子的一部分做home office的话，比如25%
贷款利息，地税，水电煤都可以按25%比例抵扣
不过，理论上，做了office后，以后卖房会涉及到25%比例房子的capital gain问题。当然你也可以装傻，不管
自顾的就claim mileage，但记得只能claim用于business的部分。
