昨晚在Expedia 上订了机票，但信箱中收到Spirit的：Spirit Airlines Cancellation Confirmation。 接着又收到：Expedia travel confirmation/e-Ticket
很困惑，机票到底订上没有？
刚才打Spirit航空的电话，半小时都没人接。
网上一查，这是一家航空烂公司！
精神航空（spirit airlines）点燃了美国旅客的怒火。精神航空在旅客投诉量方面“遥遥领先”。根美国公共利益研究集团教育基金今天发布的报告，过去5年里，在美国交通运输部收到的投诉中，对精神航空的投诉比美国其他航空公司高出3倍。
