step the uphill ski into a small stem position.
put a little weight on the stemmed ski so that your tips start to turn downhill.
once the skis are turning toward the fall line ;
push off against the stemmed ski,
putting your weight on the lower(outside) ski and bringing the stemmed ski back into the traverse position.
From this traverse position you make another christie into the hill.
Continue to stem the uphill ski to bring your skies almost into the fall line,
and make christies into the hill way from the fall line.
The lower ski carrries most of your weight throughout the exercise and the upper body
now pretend you are making a turn to the right.
