猪扒店老板Jeremy留下了客人让转交却又无法转交的钥匙,还有他前女友的。他说 “If I threw the keys away, then those doors will be closed forever, and that shouldn’t be up to me to decide.”
Elizabeth,她选择了离开—“How do you say good bye to someone you can’t imagine living without? I didn’t say good bye. I didn’t say anything. I just walked away.” 她在Jeremy那里拿回了钥匙,却带着他们去流浪。
同是天涯沦落人,相隔千里,心却更近。Jeremy终于丢掉了自己那串钥匙。Elizabeth在流浪中也有了新的历练—Sometimes we depend on other people as a mirror to define us and tell us who we are. And each reflection makes me like myself a little more. 她在回归之夜也丢掉了一直在心上那串钥匙。
正如片里说的,钥匙留着也是徒劳,就算打开了门,里面也不一定是你想要的人。
