2012年7月27日第30届奥运在伦敦举办。开幕式上用了许多典,我不懂的地方太多,真是没文化

开幕式在黑幕中开始。“邦德”丹尼尔-克雷格将由直升机的绳索从天而降,随后27吨重的巨钟敲响,宣布着开幕式的正式开始。而这巨钟的创意也正是来自莎翁名作的《暴风雨》中的经典名句“不必害怕,这小岛回荡着嗡鸣”。接着,肯尼斯-布拉纳将会朗读剧作中的经典桥段。

第三部分:“走向未来”

莎翁名作的《暴风雨》(1)
《暴风雨》写于1611年,是莎士比亚的最后一部“传奇剧”,被文学评论家认为是莎士比亚“诗的遗嘱”。《暴风雨》描写了米兰公爵普洛斯彼罗被弟弟安东尼奥夺去爵位,带着女儿米兰达和魔术书流亡到一座荒岛,在那里调遣精灵,呼风唤雨。
《暴风雨》是莎士比精致独立写作的最后一个作品。这个作品集中表现他晚期对人类未来的设想,因此被人称为莎士比亚的“诗的遗嘱”。作品对于人类的未来,对于人类理性和智慧的力量的描写,说明莎士比亚又坚定了自己对于人文主义理想的信念。
《暴风雨》融正剧和喜剧、幻想与现实于一体,在结构上恪守古典戏剧的三一律,把时间集中在一天的下午到傍晚的几个钟头之内,而地点固定在一个孤立的海岛上,剧本各部分结合非常完美,被誉为英国文学的最佳篇章。
1608年至1613年是莎士比亚的创作晚期,作品由悲剧转向传奇剧,作者试图调和他的人文主义理想和客观现实之间的尖锐矛盾,带有鲜明的乌托邦色彩。这时期,他创作了4部具有共同特征的戏剧,即《泰尔亲王用力克累斯》、《辛自林》、《冬天的故事》和《暴风雨》。它们的共同特征是:带有浪漫色彩的传奇故事、悲剧情节在其发展进程中突然转向喜剧的结局。

2012年7月28日进行的开幕式上,关于莎翁戏剧片段的具体章节,就是来自于《暴风雨》第三幕第二章节野兽卡利班的一段话:
“Be not afeard. The isle is full of noises, Sounds, and sweet airs, that give delight, and hurt not. Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments Will hum about mine ears; and sometimes voices, That, if I then had wak'd after long sleep, Will make me sleep again; and then, in dreaming, The clouds methought would open and show riches Ready to drop upon me, that, when I wak'd, I cried to dream again."
而这段演讲最核心的就是不必害怕。这岛上充满了声音,用来形容奥运会。最后卡利班也说道,当他在长梦中醒来后,他高喊着“我哭着希望再梦一场”,埃德蒙德森也分析这是在形容英国人对于奥运的期待。
莎士比亚跟奥运会一些关系:在他的作品中有两次提到过“奥林匹克”,其中一次就是在《暴风雨》第三幕手稿第六节中:“他在作品中表现了战争中的战士就如同奥运会的选手一般,他是寓意着古希腊奥运会的运动选手。”而直到莎士比亚去世几年后,在英国一个叫奇平坎普顿才开始盛行运动会,包括当年给了顾拜旦灵感的英国文洛克运动会都是在莎翁去世后才在英国普及开来。埃德蒙德森说这或许也是受到莎士比亚作品的影响
