有什麼具體影響?比如,對貸款100萬以下的什麼影響?對買房來說,每月還款額是增加了,但是利息從30年減到25年,還利是少了;還本金則相應增加了。從賬面的數字,每月供款壓力增加了,不過這是加速還貸。
