1. ABC can reserve exclusive sales rights for specific projects in the name of the Reseller if the Reseller provides evidence that they have initiated ABC product specification in the project.
如果经销商提供证据证明其促使ABC产品成为某项目特许产品,ABC公司有权指定该经销商享有唯一经销权。
2. The Reseller shall pay the price for the ABC product quoted in the net price list applied by ABC at the time of his receipt of the purchase order less a discount of 30% .
ABC收到经销商订单后将提供产品价格清单。经销商比照价格清单享有30%的折扣。 -

不确定这句英文是否有歧义。
往好了说,经销商找着一项目,在别人经销区,可跨区经销吗?
那反之,别的经销商也有可能跨区域喽?
是不是应该加上一些经销区域的限定呢? -

如果经销商提供证据证明其在项目中提供了ABC产品详细资料,ABC公司可以以经销商的名义保留在某些特定项目中的销售权利(我的理解是是否允许退换货品的权利)。
