- 时间: 2011-6-24 09:42标准版本的租房合约，对租客太好了，感觉房东的权益很少，请教版主及各位经验房东，如果要加上：禁止吸烟、禁止养宠物，late payment，租客违规收到政府罚金，等等，出租单位内物品损坏，比如非正常使用下，电器损坏，厨房的橱柜损坏，怎么赔偿，诸如此类的问题，附加的合约应当怎么写，希望有经验的各位房东能给新手房东提供个样本参考一下哈！不胜感激！

This is part of residential tenancy agreement made the_____day of_____, _2010_. BETWEEN (use correct legal names):
_____________________________________________ (referred to in this agreement as "the tenant")__ (referred to in this agreement as "the landlord")
1. No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in or out the Premises without the prior written permission of the Landlord.
2. Subject to the provisions of this agreement, apart from the Tenant, no other persons will live in the Premises without the prior written permission of the Landlord.
3. No smoking is allowed inside and outside of the Premises
4. The Tenant will be charged an additional amount of $25 per day for any Rent that is received after the latter of the due date and the expiration of any grace period under the Act, if any. -
