请教个ebay的问题

卖方答应取消，但他说不知道如何操作才能取消。能否详细说说卖方取消的步骤。

我读了一下买方retractions的条件，的确是象你说的有限制，并不适用于我的情况。所以我想再和卖方沟通一下，看是否还是从他那边取消。

最差的情况是你最后bid到了，大家不成交，你给卖家listing fee什么的。

如果卖家答应取消,哪有两种情况:
- 最后你WIN,买家cancel交易即可
- 或者,你WIN, 卖家给第二个最高的offer

当然卖家在任何时候都可以终止交易，但卖家有可能遭到投诉，所以他一般不愿意cancel

最后，你实在希望取消，下面是步骤：
1。点bid history
2. 在下面你会看到“If you and another bidder placed the same bid amount, the earlier bid takes priority. Under certain circumstances only, you can retract your bid - opens in a new window or tab.
”注意“”retract your bid“是一个连接，进去之后便是取消。

但我建议你等交易完了让卖家取消，这样对其他BIDDER都比较好。

我看到你说的‘retract your bid’选项，但都不适用于我的情况。所以也是希望能卖家cancel.

另外你说的，如果我win the bit，如果想取消，是买家取消还是卖家取消呢？

能不能给个具体的步骤说明卖方如何能cancel transaction?
现在的情况是，ｂｉｔ已经结束了。卖方也答应取消，但他的做法是　‘what we do, is I file an unpaid item, on ebay, and you respond to it and agree that your not paying. i'm not sure what else you do, i haven't bought on ebay before, but i will start the process.’
结果我收到一封邮件是说，如果我１２号前不付款就取消ｔｒａｎｓａｃｔｉｏｎ，卖方ｒｅｌｉｓｔ可以不需要交钱.　但这样对我是否有不良记录呢？　我已经和卖方说了，我愿意付ｌｉｓｔ　ｆｅｅ，但怎么操作才能把这个钱给他呢。　
自己没有在ｅｂａｙ上卖过东西，所以不清楚应该如何操作。

如果卖家file an unpaid item against you and you agreed, the record will be shown on ebay. Not good for your future bidding, but not a huge impact, i think. you can always open another ebay account, right?

If you want to 我愿意付ｌｉｓｔ　ｆｅｅ, you can ask the seller to use paypal"money request " function to request money from you.
