網上搜了一下，如果是出售期間的property tax , interest 是可以作為銷售成本的。
就是不確定出租期間 沒有用來抵扣的 可不可以在將來出售時候加入到ACB裡面
因為那個時候銷售的增值肯定會比較多，稅率比較高，就算只能抵扣一半，可能也好過現在用於抵扣租金
有點類似的例子，不過這裡說的是vacant land。

The ACB also includes capital expenditures, such as the cost of additions and improvements to the property. You cannot add current expenses, such as maintenance and repair costs, to the cost base of a property.
就是說你不能把現在的所有cost都留著到將來賣的時候抵扣.
那，貸款利息和物業稅，不知道是不是同樣情況？ -

賣投資房的話銀行貸款利息和property tax可以抵扣降低capital gain麼
