(In early 2010 houses under $600,000 sold pretty well in this part of Coquitlam. So if this one didn't sell, try to find out why.)
And to me it's far enough from the powerlines, but it's really about what you think. Location is very convenient, though. -

眼力真好啊，就是1172milne，it is now listed for 548K...房子是有点旧了，但自己装修下还是挺有潜力了。。。 -

- 时间: 2011-4-17 21:00Riverview Heights is not bad, but depending on who's in your family. Eagle Ridge definitely is more convenient if you have someone who doesn't drive, or seniors like my mom - she can just walk to all the shops and supermarket easily (she goes to T&T almost everyday, in fact

I thought the 1172 Milne house was partially renovated last year before it was on the market? Make sure those were good quality renovations or else they don't count. -

你确定吗？这个完全没有reno过。。。里面的都是比较旧的配置。就一个half bath的vanity看上去好象换过。。。 -
