增长25.2% 平均每年人口增长1.2%

The latest available regional data projects the population of Vancouver in 2041 to be 738,000**. The City of Vancouver has reviewed these allocated population projections and is confident they can be achieved.
Over 35 years the Plan anticipates that the city's population will grow by 137,000 which is a 23% increase. Overall the region is expected to grow by 54% to 3.39 million.

预计到2041年达到738000，大温哥华地区339万人口。

在此基础上大温哥华地区2006到2021年15年间需要增加282000单元房，就是每年大致建造 18800个单元房（这里只是简单平均，应该是逐年按照人口递增而递增，前面的小于这个数，后面的大于这个数）。
