There is a place call Queensborough. It is a part of New Westminster but on LuLu Island. Richmond is also on LuLu Island. So a lot of people don't know this place. I just moved to here last year. Queens park对面有片ONNI在建的小区叫VICTORIA HILL,是片人见人爱的地方。小区里有座直通PARK的过街天桥，接下来的几年内会在小区内建TOWN CENTER,会变得非常方便，现在离SAFEWAY 和SAVE-ON-FOOD也就开车5分钟的路，到METROTOWN15分钟。区内绿化特别好，夏天的时候在小区内沿着河岸散步是件很惬意的事。住高层的有非常好的VIEW,可以看到LIONS MOUNTAIN, FRASER RIVER 和PARK. 不好的是白人是这里的主流，串门不是很方便。

总体来说还是很喜欢NEW WEST, DOWNTOWN的赌船早就撤了，赌场挪到了QUEENSBOROUGH, 所以治安要比以前好多了。政府正在大力改造NEW WEST SKYTRAIN STATION, 在建有十几个放映厅的电影院，还有配套的超市和银行。

Queensborough没有中学，有上中学的孩子就苦了。。。

Only 12 minutes drive to Metrotown or Ricmond Center. And this is a middle school in Queensborough. Anyways, it is best for young couples. I see a lot of them in my area.

放弃了,NEW WEST离我上班的地方还是太远,要过两个桥,然后开40分钟(还是交通顺畅的时候).

还是再等等吧,如果以后真在BBY上班倒是可以考虑.
