光从桥这头到那一头不用这么多时间。以偶4年的丰富经验,只有两次用了1小时:一次有人要跳桥,另一次桥上出了车祸。
Coquitlam Centre 将来会通SKYTRAIN,升值潜力会大些。
I live in Burnaby right now, but work in Tri-cities. Tri-cities definetely has more potential and more livable than Surrey. PLease check Surrey and Tri-cities OCP(should be three OCP) to compare.
surrey is notorious for car theft and lots of other problems
Here are some facts in coquitlam area that could used as your reference:
Light rail train(not skytrain), but similar to skytrain will go through port moody to coquitlam centre from Loughheed mall station around 2010 , then possible extend to Port coquitlam. Meanwhile. Coquitlam do not have terrific bridge( port mann and Pattullo) bottleneck problem, but SUrrey does. Even though BC Gateway program plan to build port Mann twin bridge and extend High 1, but it has long long way to go. currently, it is still in conceptional stage plus a lot of opponent noise. SO choose coquitlam is definitely better I think. IF you live in surrey and work at SUrrey as well, Surrey is not a bad option except of it safety issue since Surrey's same year's condo will cost less that tri-cities and Surrey's city road system and shopping are good and conveniece compared with Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminister etc. if you drive.
不错 很有参考价值。。。。学习中,你准备花多少钱呢?不好意思不知道这个问题好不好问...20万?
