Room 1 : 190 maximum. Cost: $113.05 per hour plus taxes for a maximum of 3 hours 8 hours: $814.75 plus taxes
Room 2: 200 maximum Cost: $113.05per hour plus taxes for a maximum of 3 hours 8 hours: $814.75 plus taxes
Room 3: 130 maximum Cost: $74.70 per hour plus taxes for a maximum of 3 hours 8 hours: $519.25 plus taxes
Room 4: We do have a facility on the other side which is a stand alone building and can accommodate up to 100 people. Cost: $99.30 per hour plus taxes for a maximum of 3 hours 8 hours: $660.65 plus taxes
Each large room has kitchen access for warming purposes only - no food preparation. Kitchen access may be available, depending on the room.
Damage deposit for each room would be $200 in addition to the rental fee for the three hours, $350 for up to 8 hours.
The damage deposit for all rooms is non-refundable if you cancel within 60 days of the event and we do not re-book.10% of the rental fee is also forfeited.
If you have music at your event, there is an additional tariff of $29.56. If you have music and dancing, the cost is $59.17.
The damage deposit and contract paperwork are due two weeks from the time the room is booked. Final payment is due one month prior to the event.
If liquor is being served, a liquor license must be obtained and posted in the room.
Set Up/Take down Info
We provide the tables and chairs but no table cloths, dishes, etc. Our staff set up the tables and chairs as directed from a floor plan submitted by you. -
