是不是随便哪个眼镜店都可以的，costco的价格如何？会比一般眼镜贵很多么？如果能用保险cover就更好了。

you can try the Costco in US, it is much cheaper, and could be covered by your insurance. (talk to your insurance company before you buy it in US.)
