2500 × 26 = 65000，就是說這個月入5000的biweekly paycheck大概從9月開始稅後收入應該漲一些，不用付CPP和EP了？

I did those based on Semi-monthly (not biweekly), so 2500*24 = 60000. But you are right, ususally people will find out their pay check will be a few hunderends more starting Sep or so once they reach the maximum.
