個人感覺COACH, NINEWEST, REEBOK不錯
I know at least for COACH, they offer lower tax rate (0.5% lower) than seattle premier outlet. -

Peace Arch Factory Outlets 是離溫哥華最近的一家outlet，不過很小，沒有幾家商店，沒什麼花頭。郁悶的是連個網站都沒找到。

Factory Stores at North Bend 是離西雅圖最近的outlet，與Seattle Premium Outlet 同屬一家，如果是跟旅行團到西雅圖游玩，常去的是這家。這個outlet是個三角形。
這個outlet只有近50家店，包括： Adidas, Nike, Gap Outlet, Bass, Carter's, Coach, Eddie Bauer, Izod, Nine West, OshKosh B'gosh, Samsonite, Van Heusen, VF Outlet等
