Since you are the agent of iTalkBB, I think you should be able to answer my questions.
1. I installed iTalkBB 1 year ago and paid a whole year's fee for the italkBB Global. So I can use it for 14 months plus 14 months' iTalkBB unlimithed mobile service. My agreement will be expired this March. As an existing customer (not a new customer), if I pay for another year's fee, can I still get 2 extra months' free plus 14 month's mobile service?
2. I remembered I saw a thread in this forum which mentioned something like "Starting from this year, the new customer don't need to pay for the $60 deposit for the IP box. For the exsisting customers, they can get the refund for their deposit." Is that true?
Here, I would like to share my experience after using italkBB for 1 year. Generally, I will rate 4 for italkBB (1 is the worst and 5 is best.) If your situation is as same as mine, I think italkBB would be a good choice for you:
1. I am using Telus TV at home. Before the guy installed the TV for me, he checked the line and upgrade the band with to 10M since the TV goes through the network and it needs lots of bandwith. Of course, I have to install Telus ADSL as well. (Cost: $23 for TV and $36 for internet)
2. I only make the calls to Shanghai and get the calls from there, too.For local calls, I usually use my cell phone.
3. While watching TV and using iTalkBB at the same time, there won't be a problem. But using iTalkBB and emule at the same time will be a problem. So I usually shutdown emule while I am using iTalkBB. I aslo tried watching TV and using emule at the same time. I was still OK. I think the reason is the guy from Telus did some settings on the ADSL router while installing the TV. I belive if I could do something on the port which is connecting to the IP box, I should be able to use the phone and emule downloading at the same time. But I am too lazy.

如果您不改变计划，iTalkBB会从您的卡上收取一年的费用，并提供12个月的服务，但是手机长途会降到200分钟/月。。。
现在新用户已经不能参加年计划了，但是老用户还是可以保留这个福利。。。

是的，您可以拿回押金，但是就必须换成现在的计划了。。。

Do you mean they are going to charge from the same credit card I used to start the plan?
What will happen if I have already canceled that credit card?
What is the new plan?
