租房省钱又自由
根据《环球投资者》的报道,梁先生和沈女士夫妇选择租房,在节省了维护费、物业税和保险费的同时,并将这些资金投资。截至目前,他们的新租房才搬入不到一个月,精心挑选了一处租金受省级管控、年涨幅不超过通胀的公寓。
他们的三居两卫公寓若购买需约87万加元,而租金大致相当于房贷利息。他们避免了每年1%的维护费、0.312%的物业税以及2,790加元的保险费,总计每年节省约14,204加元。
此外,租房让他们在利率上升时不必支付高额房贷利息,也不必应对屋顶漏水或其他意外维护问题。与此相比,拥有房产虽然能完全掌控维修时机,但灵活性无法与租房相比。

Lots of conditions must be met before we can follow suit. First of all, we must have big savings and investments to earn enough interests or rewards. Otherwise, we still have to earn salary and cannot retire after 30s. Secondly, the housing markets are going down. If the housing prices are skyrocketing, owning homes is also a good investment. Lastly, we must still have some incomes, like publishing some books to make money. Those stories only tell you whatever they want you to believe, but not all.
