卡尼未抵华中国开始"拿捏"加拿大

(加西网综合)加拿大总理马克·卡尼（Mark Carney）将于本周三（1月14号）抵达中国访问。这也是8年来加拿大总理首次访华。

此行被视为中方希望在美中角力中“分化”美国长期盟友加拿大的一次机会。中国官方媒体呼吁加拿大政府在对华政策上保持独立，追求所谓的“战略自主”。

长期以来，加拿大一直是美国最亲密的盟友之一，无论是地理位置还是政治立场。但中方希望借助特朗普政府对其他国家的经济与军事压力，动摇加拿大与美国的紧密关系。

卡尼在访华行程中将重点放在贸易上，他称此行旨在寻求全球新伙伴，减少加拿大对美国市场的经济依赖。

此前，特朗普政府曾对加拿大出口美国的商品加征关税，并戏言加拿大或可成为美国的第51个州。

加拿大与中国的关系在前任总理特鲁多执政期间曾因多起事件而紧张，包括2018年底应美方要求逮捕一名中国科技高管，以及2024年加拿大对中国产电动汽车实施100%关税。中方随后对加拿大出口的油菜籽、海鲜、猪肉等产品实施反制关税。

中国官方媒体《中国日报》的社论中指出：“如果加拿大方面反思过去几年双边关系受挫的根本原因——即前特鲁多政府在处理中国事务上完全追随美国——将会意识到，通过坚持战略自主可以避免重蹈覆辙”。

《环球时报》则表示：“或许正是此前盲目跟随美国对中国加征高额关税所付出的高昂代价，唤醒了渥太华的战略自主意识”。

而加拿大官员则称，卡尼此行预计将推动贸易进展，但不太可能彻底取消关税。

有分析认为，加拿大和中国可能在一些问题上找到共同点，例如美国在石油资源丰富的委内瑞拉的军事干预，以及特朗普对格陵兰的领土表态。

Basically, most Canadians do not like China which is the communist dictatorship country and has no freedom and democracy in their minds. That is true as China and Canada have different political systems, values and histories. Canadian with Western origins do not know China very well and simply label it as a evil country with slave labors. After being brainwashed by main-stream media for so long, they deeply believe that they are right and do not want to work with China.

The major indicator for the success of this state visit could be the removal of 100% tariff on Chinese EVs. The removal could trigger the chain reactions of the removal of all counter-tariffs on Canadian Canola products and seafood by China. However, Canadians still worry about the reactions from the US if Canada removes 100% tariffs on Chinese EVs which was also banned by the US. Ontario premier is also not happy with the removal as Ontario has heavy auto industries.

乐见Carney访华。“罗马不是一天建成的”。不要幻想，一口吃成胖子。如果访问能实现，🇨🇳进口更多🇨🇦能源，🇨🇦设定可接受的🇨🇳汽车关税，如类比欧盟或市场准入最低售价，换取🇨🇳恢复进口🇨🇦油菜籽等农林渔产；以及🇨🇳以低于🇺🇸关税进口🇨🇦钢铝和软木。可能是最好的结果。向西，向南和向东，总比只向南，一条道跑到黑好！
