(加西網綜合)加拿大審計長表示,聯邦機構在將合同授予備受爭議的ArriveCan應用程序背後的公司時,未能遵守采購和安全規則。
這份關於GCStrategies的報告是今天提交給眾議院的幾份審計報告之一。
報告稱,該公司在2015年至2024年期間獲得了31個聯邦機構的106份合同。
這些合同的最高價值超過9000萬元,但實際支付金額僅為6500萬元。
