（加西網綜合）加拿大審計長表示，聯邦機構在將合同授予備受爭議的ArriveCan應用程序背後的公司時，未能遵守采購和安全規則。

這份關於GCStrategies的報告是今天提交給眾議院的幾份審計報告之一。

報告稱，該公司在2015年至2024年期間獲得了31個聯邦機構的106份合同。

這些合同的最高價值超過9000萬元，但實際支付金額僅為6500萬元。

審計長Karen Hogan審查了一組樣本合同，以了解它們是否符合聯邦政策，以及政府是否從納稅人的錢中獲得了價值。

審計長的調查結果顯示，許多合同沒有遵守采購規則，而且各機構通常很少提供證據來證明相關工作已經完成。

🇨🇦🚨So did the company that did ArriveCan App make 30M dollars in 9 years with no employees?

Or they mean only 65M of 90M was paid out by Feds?

Either way this is fraud so why does the Canadian Media just call it was it is?🤷🏻‍♂️
