Conservative Party Leader Pierre Poilievre said Sunday he is "shocked, heartbroken and saddened" following the Saturday attack at Vancouver's Lapu Lapu festival in which a vehicle drove into the crowd, killing at least nine and injuring many more.
Poilievre called the incident a “senseless act of violence,” and said, “I just wanted to let you know that are hearts are with you today. All Canadians are united in solidarity with the Filipino community
