这个是苛政，俺坚决反对。

提倡非暴力不合作，每位网友准本一小本儿，鲜花花篮5地都文字表述，够了数目然后现金转账不存银行，如此奏没有手续费鸟。

I think you didn't get the point. Nothing wrong to have a lot of money, but there is something wrong if you have a lot of money but nothing to buy.

Administration try to tax on the gift sending is really lazy way to achieve what they want. What they actually need to to is provide more new functionalities which require dun to use. Examples are: make post sticky/delete post/move post/high light post/lock post etc,etc

To be more clear:

Only when you have meaningful ways to spend the money, you want to earn more money. So the economy/traffic can be improved.

Increase tax doesn't actually help.
