o These three witnesses, blood, water, and the Spirit, are God's witness concerning His Son (Jesus: the Word) (1 John 5:9); therefore, blood, water, and the Spirit are the Word, which is the Lord Jesus.
o "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." (John 1:14)

o "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1)

3. The Bible, from Genesis, speaks of "blood, water, and the Spirit," the Triune God as the Creator.
o "In the beginning God (Father) created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God (Holy Ghost) moved upon the face of the waters. And God said (the Word, which is the Son), Let there be light: and there was light." (Genesis 1:1-3)
o In Genesis, God's creation of the heavens and the earth, the first three verses of chapter 1, speaks of the Creator as "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost," which is "blood, water, and the Spirit." The Triune God, "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost," participated together in the great work of creating the heavens and the earth.
