Landlords are happy to rent their house to your family, but because they are very cautious, they are asking the following documents for the background check:
1. Copies of drive licenses for your couple
2. Pay slips or invoices for last 3 months payment for your couple
3. Balances of bank accounts
4. Snap shots of credit scores for your couple
5. Present landlord contract nr
