steps:
* run keygen, select your product type, pro20 can file 20, write down both install key & activation key
* disable internet connection
* install qt feb version, enter in install key you just get
* when prompt activate, choose telephone method, then enter in your activation key just get
* start qt, see if it works
* connect to internet, run qt again and check for update

this one is free but only useful for those only rely on salary & simple investment, not suitable for self-employed people
**** Important, 从良小黑's link won't work because they are old Jan version of QuickTax, not working after update to Feb version
