180万如果能有2%的利息,能有36000的收益,每月3000, 能租个house住么? 好像BURNABY租不到,如果没贷款买下这么套house还是比较合算,出租房的收入有收益的。

这个数据来源跟原来的不一样了,原来SOLD和INVENTORY的数据都来自与PAUL BOENISCH,现在SOLD的数据来源于ZEALTY.CA; INVENTORY的数据来源于PAUL BOENISCH。
ZEALTY.CA的数据好像包括有COMMERCIAL的房子,所以SOLD的数量要比原来高很多
