- 时间: 2007-7-19 13:03在网上发言和处理问题的方法比较公正客观. EDWIN既然知道飞胖的性格和处理问题的手法不适合做管理员,继续下去又是跟WANGHU等的结果差不多,矛盾激化,不欢而散.
有的人做朋友确实没的说,但是网站是你的职业,管理员的人选还是要慎重的.飞胖的许多发言不够谨慎,管理员在这里不是和游客吵架的,即使利用特权赢了也没有什么光彩的,输的是网站.管理员的责任是要保证论坛里的秩序和公正. -
