前些時候注冊了一個Corporation,今天去銀行開帳戶，說要打印出來的Article of Business, 不知到那裡找，當時在BC網上申請的，密碼好像都忘了。

能不能稍微說詳細些，是不是只要打印出那十幾頁Table 1 Articles,然後在第一頁簽上名就行了？

It's your company, so whatever you want. (100k or 1 mil for example)

If you have specific requirements, then it's better for you to consult a lawyer.

How did you incorporate your limited liability company?

All of your questions should be asked and answered while you incorporated the company.

The articles of your company must be submitted for approval. Check your application package.

If you're very confused, you should ask for assisstant from a lawyer or accountant.

在網上注冊公司時，是沒有人看你是不是寫了INCORATION AGREEMENTS的，打印出來隨便簽了個字的。
但是在申請公司的申請表上，有要寫股份的，如果是個人獨資的有限公司，那就寫百分百控股，或者是隨便寫個數字做總投資，再隨便寫個股票數。就行
