- 时间: 2018-11-29 22:29there is a truck parked at the right lane closes to the intersection behind two cars on east bound of SE marine drive and Jellicoe St, Vancouver, BC around 7:05am to 7:15am on Nov 28 before the accident . and the truck driver pulled off from the right lane where the truck was parked to the middle lane suddenly and hit an white vehicle drove by him from right rear wheel. the truck driver reported to ICBC that he was driving by the time and the white vehicle was change from left Lane to the middle lane and hit him. and the truck driver claimed that he never changed the lane.is there anyone has the dash cam show the truck was parked at that location by the time? the plate number of the truck is 35939P. please forward to ICBC and help us. we would appreciate it.thank you
