不太明白 IBM 中国雇员为什么罢工？ | 温哥华不眠夜

一月 Lenovo 公布会收购 IBM 部份 server business，其中包括 IBM 在60个国家的 7,500 多个员工也会成为 Lenovo 的雇员。 IBM 给这些员工选择被遣散或留下转到 Lenovo。1000个雇员上星期开始罢工，原因是不满意 IBM 的遣散费。

最不明白的是，Lenovo 已经公开说了，

“To ensure a smooth transition, Lenovo is committed to provide opportunity for all employees from IBM's x86 server department who transfer to Lenovo, without any reduction of their wages and benefits," it added.”

意思是那些人成为 Lenovo 雇员后，薪水和福利都是一样啊。上面老板变成 Lenovo，有什么不同呢？为什么要选择离开？

别傻了就是联想给IBm收购估计也有很多人会闹闹地多要点补偿才是真的
