請問幫老大,craiglist上的教練能找不?

不過對於找教練來說,有以下幾個原則:

1. 打球打得好的,不一定會教球。要選會教的(對正確的動作、步法、技術等有正確的理解),而不是光注重他本人的戰績。

2. 語言和溝通很重要。如果英語不好的,就盡量找講中文的教練。

3. 本地白人教練會以稱贊和鼓勵為主,移民來的華人教練往往還是以批評教導為主。選適合你的脾氣的人。
